Privacy Policy

This policy explains how OneMux handles information when you visit the site, create an account or use its API services.

1. Information we handle

We may process account and contact details, authentication and API key identifiers, purchase and billing records, service usage and diagnostic logs, device and network data such as IP addresses, and support communications. API prompts and responses may be processed to route requests, operate the service, investigate faults and comply with applicable obligations. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Why we use it

We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver and route requests, meter usage, administer payments, provide support, secure and troubleshoot the platform, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and communicate material service updates. We do not claim that all requests or logs are retained for zero time.

3. Providers and payments

To deliver a request, relevant content and technical data may be sent to the selected model provider, whose practices may differ from ours. Payment processors handle payment information needed for transactions; other hosting, security, communications and analytics providers may process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences and understanding site performance. Browser controls can restrict optional cookies, though essential functions may be affected. Analytics, where used, helps us understand and improve the service.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate. Periods vary by data and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices and international processing

Contact support@onemux.net to request access, correction, deletion or account closure, subject to verification, applicable law and necessary retention. You may revoke API keys and manage browser preferences. Information may be processed across borders by OneMux and its providers, subject to applicable protections.

7. Additional data details

Website data may include a hashed visitor identifier, page paths and cookie identifiers, alongside device and network data. Service logs may include request metadata and model inputs and outputs as needed for routing, support, security or billing. When you choose a model, relevant inputs and outputs pass through the routed provider subject to its own practices. Payment processors handle payment details; OneMux does not normally receive full card numbers.

Deletion or account-closure requests may not cover information we must retain for accounting, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance, or information already processed by an independent model provider. International processing may involve providers in other countries and is subject to applicable protections; no uniform provider retention period is promised.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change and give notice where required. Privacy questions or rights requests can be sent to support@onemux.net.
