Terms of Service

OneMux routes supported API requests to model providers. Models, capabilities, limits, prices and upstream policies may change; access to a particular model or route is not guaranteed. Provider terms may also apply to your use of their models.

Provide accurate account information and safeguard your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for activity through your account and keys; promptly contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share keys publicly or use another person’s account without permission.

Purchase credits in advance where offered. Usage is metered according to the applicable model, token usage and other published billing units; charges are deducted from your purchased balance. Check the current prices and any cache or time-based rates before use. Prices and availability may change prospectively; usage records and applicable payment processing terms govern billing questions. Taxes or payment charges may apply where disclosed.

If a subscription is offered, its price, term and included benefits will be shown when you order. Automatic renewal applies only if you expressly authorize it; any applicable renewal and cancellation terms must be disclosed at purchase. A subscription does not replace charges for usage beyond its stated benefits.

Purchases are generally non-refundable. You may request a refund only when your account’s eligible unused purchased balance is strictly greater than USD 1000 at the time of the request. This is a balance threshold, not a minimum individual transaction amount; a balance of exactly USD 1000 does not qualify. Any approved refund is limited to the verified eligible unused purchased amount, less a 20% processing fee calculated on that eligible refunded amount. Used, promotional or otherwise ineligible credits are not refundable. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Contact support@onemux.net to request review.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, data and other content you submit and for your use of model outputs. Requests and responses may pass through OneMux and the selected providers to deliver the service; provider handling practices may differ. Do not submit material you lack rights to use or assume outputs are accurate, lawful or suitable without review.

Do not use the service for unlawful or harmful activity, abuse, fraud, security attacks, unauthorized access, infringement, circumvention of limits or provider restrictions, or interference with other users or systems. We may restrict abusive traffic to protect the service.

We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, any particular model, response quality or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, OneMux is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or losses resulting from provider outages, inaccurate outputs or your misuse of the service. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security or legal reasons, or discontinue features. You may stop using the service and contact support about closing your account; outstanding charges and provisions that by nature survive termination remain applicable.

Purchased credits do not normally expire while your account remains active, unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise or applicable law requires it. Credits are a right to use the service, not cash, a bank deposit or a transferable payment instrument. We may reasonably reconcile delayed provider usage, duplicate entries or billing errors against records and correct the balance; contact us if you dispute a charge.

You may cancel any authorized subscription renewal for future periods according to the disclosed cancellation method. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period or usage already incurred, subject to mandatory law. A good-faith billing dispute can be raised with support; suspected fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to temporary suspension while we investigate, without limiting statutory rights.

Do not rely on model output without independent review for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-risk decisions. Closing an account does not itself create a right to a refund; the refund criteria above and mandatory legal exceptions still govern.

We may update these terms and provide notice where required. Continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Please raise billing or service disputes with support@onemux.net; applicable mandatory law and dispute rights remain in force.
